*What will we accept as proof of purchase?

Old version of the app: a screenshot of your App Store/Google Play purchase history, or a screenshot from the ‘My MoA’ page of your old app displaying your registered name/email address. To find your purchase history see here for App Store or here for Google Play.

DVD-ROM: original receipt, or a photograph of the DVD-ROM with bar code visible.

Standard/Pro level access to the new app: original receipt or purchase history.

App Store/Google Play purchase history should be available even if you made your purchase several years ago, so please look carefully before contacting us. If you are unable to locate your proof of purchase, please contact us via [email protected]
